When the pandemic paused life, a lot of people hit pause on pain — putting off joint replacements they desperately needed. For Zimmer Biomet, we created Don’t Let Pain Gain on You, a campaign that met patients where they were: stuck, stalling, and hurting.
It was part encouragement, part intervention. A nudge toward the life they were yearning for, with a glimpse of what might happen if they kept waiting.
A Four-part Campaign
The campaign brings joint pain to life as a shadowy version of your future self, limping behind, always gaining ground. Each ad follows a different active person, showing how delaying surgery only lets pain get closer. The call to action: visit thereadypatient.com, a hub built to ease concerns and get patients moving again — physically, emotionally, and financially.
